Photography Services

Premium Shot Photography provides professional photography services including but not limited to weddings, portraits, events, and commercial photography. All services are subject to availability and booking confirmation.

Booking and Payment

A deposit is required to secure your photography session date. Full payment is due before or on the day of service unless other arrangements have been made in writing.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled session will receive a full refund minus a processing fee. Cancellations within 48 hours may forfeit the deposit.

Image Rights and Usage

Premium Shot Photography retains the copyright to all images but grants you personal usage rights. We reserve the right to use images for marketing and portfolio purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Delivery Timeline

Edited photos will be delivered within 2-4 weeks of the session date. Rush delivery may be available for an additional fee.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for our services. We are not responsible for circumstances beyond our control that may affect the photography session.
